Where do I begin? OK, got it. I"ll begin with you, dear reader! There is a very interesting planetary line up in the sky now and it falls somewhere in everyone's chart. If you know yours, look at any planets or the Rising Sign or Midheaven that are between 29 degrees and 5 degrees of the next sign over. Why? Because there is an interstellar traffic jam in the low degree numbers. Moon just entered Leo and is at 1st degree as I write this, though it will move 14 degrees in 24 hours, but it is now opposing Mars on the 1st degree of Aquarius, Venus is trine mars from the 4th degree of Libra, Venus is squaring Saturn, which is on the 4th degree of Capricorn, Saturn is trining Uranus on the 3rd degree of Taurus and the comet Chiron is on the 2nd degree of Aries, opposed by Venus. What's it all about? Damned if I know! Just kidding!!!! Whether or not you have any planets or sensitive points in the early degrees of these or any signs, this energy matrix is mucho complex and affecting us all. Hidden in these major aspects is the fact that there are A LOT of "inconjuncts," the aspects I've described here as causing the planets involved to act like they are not aware of the other's existence. So you have a party with no one talking to each other, which I can tell you from experience is not a party at all, just a meeting of friends who don't want to meet new people. Luckily, I haven't been to one of those is a while but when you attend one you vow never again! The overarching meaning which I glean from this rare blend of planetary energies is one of giving us all the feeling that we're walking on thin ice, having to walk carefully (always good advice on ice and during Mercury Retrogrades), and not taking for granted that we have solid ground (or dependable people, objects, and situations) that we can depend upon. So I guess what I am saying is that although I have been counseling, "Don't be afraid of the big old retrograde Mercury," there are now six retrograde planets, the way it was when I was born, and when you add all the other astro crappola that I just delineated for you above, you get a formula for walking on thin ice, on egg shells, carefully. Now, more than ever, it is very important that you not do things by rote, by habit, by muscle memory, or taking anything for granted. I am calling on all of the people who read my work, including the ones who only uncloak like a Klingon Bird of Prey when I offer free psychic readings, to BE PRESENT! Be in the moment, do what you are doing consciously, not unconsciously. Unconscious words, deeds, thoughts and whatnot do not work well in retrograde situations and this one has now gone to Defcon Six, so Be Aware or Beware. Really.
